Neal Tyson is currently in his third year at Central Connecticut State University. He is a Natural and Social Marine Science major focusing on Marine Conservation; his goal is to bridge the gap between the scientists and the general public. Neal recently came back from a Marine Conservation internship in Fiji where he assisted in conducting baseline research of the reefs as well as working with the community to improve the health of the reef. While there he also witnessed the degrading health of the reefs and oceans first hand but observed what people are doing to improve the situation.
