CIC Victoria: Annual General Meeting and Building for the Future
September 19, 2018 @ 11:30 am - 1:30 pm PDT

Description
Everyone loves an AGM! And even if you don’t, we still hope you’ll come and show your support for your Executive Committee who have been working hard to put together a stimulating program for the fall period and early next year. During the AGM, we’ll reflect on the past year, cover the financials and talk about upcoming events. After that, Dr. Oliver Schmidtke, the Director of the Centre for Global Studies (CFGS) at the University of Victoria (UVic) and Dr. Victor V. Ramraj who is the Director of the Centre for Asia Pacific Initiatives (CAPI) also at UVic will discuss their current and future research plans. CIC Victoria has been working closely with the CFGS and CAPI to bring you the best speakers on today’s global challenges and our outreach activities with UVic will continue in 2018-2019.
