This July Poland will host, in its capital Warsaw, the NATO Summit. This high-level meeting will come at a time when the North Atlantic Treaty Organization is facing a myriad of challenges. Should it be returning to its traditional focus on collective defence of the territory of its member states or should it be engaged in expeditionary efforts to contribute to global peace and security? These and other issues will be addressed by Ambassador Robert Kupiecki, a veteran Polish diplomat who is directly engaged in summit preparation. Ambassador Kupiecki’s talk will be informed by his years of experience dealing with NATO affairs, trans-atlantic relations and the development of Poland’s security policy. This is a rare opportunity to discuss the future path of NATO with a distinguished representative of one of its important member states.

There is no registration for the event and is open to all those who are interested in attending.
