The Canadian International Council – Toronto Branch and the Royal Canadian Military Institute are pleased to present this event, with guest speaker Dr. Dan Livermore, Senior Fellow at the University of Ottawa’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, Senior Mentor at the Canadian Forces College and senior visiting fellow at the Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History at Trinity College, University of Toronto.
