CIC Hamilton: 20 Years of Peace in Northern Ireland
March 28, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm EDT
This year we mark the 20th anniversary of the Good Friday Peace Agreement. While the Agreement has contributed to building a more peaceful society, much remains to be done. This talk will reflect on some opportunities and challenges for peacebuilding in Northern Ireland. In addition, a discussion of the implications of Brexit for the GFA and Northern Ireland will be examined.
