Previous to her time in China, Diana was at Environment Canada working on eco-labelling and water issues, and before that, with the Delphi Group, a consulting company, where she managed The EXCEL Partnership, an organization of business environmental leaders from across Canada.

About the United Nations Climate Technology Centre and Network:
The UN CTCN was recently established under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change process to facilitate the transfer of technology to developing counties. It has been operational since 2014. The CTCN promotes the accelerated development and transfer of climate technologies at the request of developing countries for energy-efficient, low-carbon and climate-resilient development. It fosters technology development and transfer through three core services: 1) technical assistance; 2) access to information; and, 3) scaling up international collaboration.
