Ben Rowswell has 25 years of experience as a practitioner of international relations and is a pioneer in the practise of digital diplomacy. As that threat spreads to more countries, he hopes to strengthen the CIC as a platform for engaging Canadian citizens in the defence of a rules-based international order.
