Randolph Mank is a global business executive and former diplomat, with over thirty years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a past Vice President Asia-Pacific for BlackBerry and President Asia-Pacific for SICPA of Switzerland. He is also a former Canadian Ambassador to Indonesia, Pakistan and Malaysia, with earlier diplomatic assignments around the world. 

He is the President of MankGlobal Inc, an advisory firm serving private and public organizations across the globe. He also serves on the boards of the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII), software company Lexum, and King’s University College, as well as a UK-based pensions scheme. He is also a Fellow of the Canadian Global Affairs Institute, the Triple Helix defence innovation partnership, and the Balsillie School of International Affairs.

Suryo is a seasoned policy expert with a specialized focus on Southeast Asia. With a strong background in geopolitics, economic analysis, and strategic forecasting, he has worked with various prestigious organizations, including the ASEAN Secretariat, Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, and Onyx Strategic Insights. His career highlights include advising global companies on supply chain strategies in Vietnam, leading policy dialogues on clean energy, and enhancing private sector involvement in ASEAN’s economic initiatives. Suryo holds advanced degrees in Public Policy and Business Administration, with a robust skill set in data analysis and strategic management. His work has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of regional dynamics and a commitment to fostering collaboration between governments and the private sector. Currently based in Canada, Suryo continues to contribute his expertise to shaping the future of Southeast Asia’s economic and political landscape.

Hema Nadarajah is a Program Manager for Southeast Asia at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. Dr. Nadarajah also leads the thematic research programs on Arctic and Outer Space at the think tank. She holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia, where her dissertation explored the interplay of politics and international law governing the Arctic, climate change, and Outer Space. She also holds degrees in climate change from the University of Toronto and the Australian National University. Hema has lectured at the University of British Columbia, teaching courses on diplomacy and global governance. She previously consulted for WWF on energy transition in Southeast Asia and has worked for the Government of Singapore in international relations pertaining to climate change and biodiversity conservation. She serves as a mentor with the Canadian International Council and is a senior fellow at the Toronto-based think tank, Arctic360.
